Brain Dead – NaNoWriMo Woes

Ugh, I’m experiencing a sensation similar to how I felt during the month of August after I won Camp NaNoWriMo. Every time I try and think of my novel, my brain shuts off.

I wish I knew what the problem was. Is the story not what it should be?

Is it supposed to go differently than it is?

I just don’t know.

And I’m not even getting ideas enough to write something that happens later.

This has been going on since Monday.

Fortunately I had enough written by Monday to be where I needed to be with my writing schedule that I started at the beginning.

Yesterday I only made it because my friend Andrea told me a specific scene to write.

Why can’t I do this without someone prompting me?

Why must I feel so brain dead?
