Life is a little overwhelming right now. I feel like I’m stuck in a vortex of not being able to complete all of the things that I need to do. I need to find a way to de-stress so I can get things done.

  1. I feel the same exact way on a daily basis. For writing alone, I used to pressure myself to get a book done in two months and not a day longer. The stress I put myself through was awful.
    For me, I destress by not writing every day unless I feel like it. If I don’t feel it, I don’t force it.
    Also, I play video games–That helps a lot, too. 🙂
